Delivery only after prepayment. Immediately after receiving your order we will send you an email with the details of your order. Payments are possible via IDEAL, through the connected Banks:
We will deliver your goods within 2 days by mail. Parcels by TNT. All others with porto costs Euro 4,50 irrespectible of the amount within the Netherlands. In case of a website offer, the porto could be skipped. For other countries, other than European countries we shall discuss the costs with you via email. You can also collect your goods without any costs, of course on appointment.
Report a complaint via email within 5 days after arrival, included you should mention your name and adress. We will settle your complaint under conditions as soon as possible.
Return of Products.
Send an email to: email@example.com; to inform us which items you are going to return to us. You must do that within 7 days after arrival of the goods on your adress. After those 7 days you can not return these products. The transmission costs are for the client, unless by the nature of the complaint you have an agreement with us about it. You may choose a voucher or money back after the goods have returned. In case the article is damaged or used or none/or not enough transmission costs are paid, we can decide not to pay you at all or pay you less or a lesser voucher. The returned goods must have the original labels tagged on.
